摘要
目的:探讨康复训练联合护理干预措施对小儿脑瘫的效果。方法:64例随机分为2组,其中观察组采用康复训练联合护理干预措施,而对照组则采用常规护理,比较2组患儿接受护理后的效果。结果:结果显示2组患儿在接受护理前Gesell发育评分、ADL评分无显著差异,接受护理后观察组患儿的Gesell发育评分、ADL评分以及家长满意度明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:患儿采用康复训练联合护理干预措施后,患儿的在语言、智商、运动能力上均有较好的康复效果,且家长满意度明显提高,患儿的日常生活能力明显提高,具有较好的临床效果,值得借鉴推广。
Objective: To explore the effect of rehabilitation training combined with nursing intervention on children with cerebral palsy. Methods: 64 children with cerebral palsy were included in the study. All children were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group used rehabilitation training combined with nursing interventions, while the control group used routine nursing to compare the effects of the two groups of children after receiving care. Results: The results showed that there were no significant differences in Gesell development scores and ADL scores between the two groups. The postoperative Gessell development score, ADL score, and parental satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group. (P〈0.05), statistically significant. Conclusion: After the reha- bilitation training combined with nursing intervention, the children have better rehabilitation effect in language, IQ and exercise ability, and the satisfaction of parents is obviously improved. The daily living ability of the children is obvi- ously improved. Good clinical results are worth learning.
