高校科研人员组织学习能力对创新行为的影响研究——基于COR视角

The Influence of Organizational Learning on Innovative Performance of University Scientific Researchers from the Perspective of SOR

动态环境下从资源保存理论(COR)视角研究高校科研人员知识—创新转化机制是目前学界研究的热点问题。以山东省6所高校的科研教师为调研对象,运用Bootstrapping方法检验发现:组织学习能力对科研教师创新行为具有重要影响,且内部决策参与的影响效应优于外部互动;环境动态性在组织学习能力与创新行为间发挥正向调节作用,且在不确定环境中,参与决策的效果较外部互动更明显。此研究对提高高校科研人员创新行为具有一定的理论和现实意义。

Studying the knowledge-innovation transformation mechanism of university scientific researchers based on Stimulus-Organism-Response Theory （SOR） has been a hot topic. This paper takes 472 scientific researchers from 6 universities in Shandong province as the research subjects, and uses Bootstrapping to empirically test the relationship between organizational learning and innovation performance. The results indicate that ： （ 1 ） The organizational learning ability has an important influence on innovation behavior of scientific researchers, and the influence of internal decision participation is better than that of external interaction. （2）Environmental dynamics positively moderates the relationship between organizational learning and innovation performance. And in uncertain environments, decision participation is more effective. The conclusion has theoretical and practical significance and has a certain guiding role in improving the innovation behavior of scientific researchers in colleges and universities.
