刃针与手法结合治疗臀上皮神经痛效果及对患者NRS评分的影响

Clinical effect of blade needle and manipulation therapy on superior gluteal cutaneous neuralgia and NRS score

【目的】探讨刃针与手法结合治疗臀上皮神经痛的效果及对患者NRS评分的影响。【方法】选取2015年1月至2017年1月我院收治的臀上皮神经痛患者58例,随机分为两组,对照组应用手法治疗,研究组应用刃针与手法结合治疗,对比恢复情况、临床症状改善情况、JOA评分及NRS评分。【结果】研究组恢复效果好于对照组(P<0.05),研究组临床症状改善情况低于对照组(P<0.05);干预前两组NRS评定分值无差别(P>0.05),干预后各阶段研究组NRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前两组JOA评定分值无差别(P>0.05),干预后各阶段研究组JOA评定分值高于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】臀上皮神经痛患者的治疗过程当中,刃针与手法结合治疗效果理想,患者能快速缓解疼痛,改善JOA及NRS评分情况,临床上应进一步推广应用。

[Objective ] To explore the clinical effect of blade needle and manipulation therapy on superior gluteal cutaneous neuralgia and NRS score. [ Methods ] A total of 58 patients with superior gluteal cutaneous neuralgia were selected from January 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group received the manipulation therapy while those in the study group received the combined method of blade needle and manipulation therapy. The recovery situation, improvement of clinical symptoms, JOA score and NRS score were evaluated. [Results] The recovery situation in the study group was better than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The improvement rate of clinical symptoms in the study group was lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Before the intervention, the NRS points were not significantly different between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. After the intervention, the NRS score in the study group was lower than that in the control group （P〈 0.05）. Before the intervention, the JOA score were not significantly different between the two groups （P〉 0.05）. After the intervention, the JOA score in the study group was higher than that in the control group （P〈 0.05）. [Conclusion] The combined method of blade needle and manipulation therapy has an ideal therapeutic effect on superior gluteal cutaneous neuralgia, which can quickly relieve the pain and improve the JOA and NRS scores. It should be further recommended in clinic.
