国内综合护理对胸外科重症患者术后呼吸功能恢复效果的Meta分析

Effect of domestic comprehensive nursing on the recovery of postoperative respiratory function in patients undergoing severe thoracic surgery: a meta-analysis

【目的】探讨国内综合护理对胸外科重症患者术后呼吸功能恢复的效果。【方法】系统检索万方数据库、中国学术期刊网全文数据库(CNKI)及中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM),收集国内公开发表的综合护理对胸外科重症患者干预的研究文献,采用Meta分析进行研究,按照纳入排除标准筛选文献,汇总整理数据,应用软件Revman5.0和Stata12.0对数据进行定量统计分析。【结果】综合护理对胸外科重症患者术后的呼吸功能FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC的恢复效果均优于常规护理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】对胸外科重症患者术后实施综合护理干预,可有效促进患者呼吸功能恢复。

[Objective ] To explore the effect of domestic comprehensive nursing on the recovery of postoperative respiratory function in patients undergoing severe thoracic surgery. [ Methods ] The data were searched from Wanfang database, Chinese academic journal full text database （CNKI） and Chinese biomedical literature database （CBM）. The domestic published literatures on comprehensive nursing intervention for critically ill patients undergoing thoracic surgery were collected. A meta-analysis method was used in the study. The literatures were screened according to the pre-determined inclusion and exclusion standards, The research data were extracted. Then the data were quantitatively analyzed via the software Revman5.0 and Statal2.0. [Results] The effect of comprehensive nursing on the recovery of postoperative respiratory function FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC in severe patients undergoing thoracic surgery was better than that of conventional nursing. The difference was statistical. [ Conclusion ] Comprehensive nursing intervention for severe patients undergoing thoracic surgery can effectively promote the recovery of patients＇ respiratory function.
