环境持久性自由基的污染特征与生成机理 被引量:8

Pollution characteristics and formation mechanism of environmentally persistent free radicals

摘要 环境持久性自由基(environmentally persistent free radicals, EPFRs)是一类新的环境有害污染物,具有环境持久性和潜在毒性,能够造成机体DNA损伤.目前国内外对EPFRs的环境污染特征、来源及生成机理等的研究还处于起步阶段,对EPFRs的毒性效应和风险控制研究有待深入.本文首先简要总结了EPFRs的毒性、分析方法和环境污染特征,重点讨论了EPFRs的产生机制和关键影响因素,提出研究EPFRs与二噁英等有机污染物生成的相关关系的重要性,展望了未来对于EPFRs的研究方向. Environmentally persistent free radicals (EPFRs) is a new class of environmental pollutants with persistence and toxicity, which can cause DNA damage. The knowledge about the adverse health effect and risk control of EPFRs is still scarce. Studies associated with the sources, formation mechanisms and environmental characteristics of EPFRs need to be further conducted for better understanding the health risk and control of EPFRs. This review briefly summarized the toxicity, pollution characteristics and analytical methods of EPFRs. The generation mechanisms and key influencing factors of EPFRs were emphatically discussed. The importance on studying the formation mechanism of EPFRs together with the relationship between EPFRs and dioxins and other unintentional organic pollutants were proposed. The prospective on EPFRs researches was also proposed.
