摘要
通过对全国42位数学教育专家的访谈,探究专家型数学教师需要具备的专业素养.研究表明,专家型数学教师的素养可被划分为3个维度:知识、能力和情感态度.知识维度包括数学知识、理论知识、学生知识和课程知识,能力维度包含理论研究能力和教学能力,情感态度涵盖喜欢学生和教学,具有一定反思意识和发展意愿.专家型数学教师能够挖掘教学内容背后的数学思想,有意识培养学生高层次思维,熟练掌握教材结构,具有较强的科研能力,并对教学工作拥有极大热情.
This study investigated 42 mathematics education experts from all over China to explore what literacy teachers needed to become expert. The results showed the literacy of expert mathematics teachers could be classified into three domains: knowledge, ability, attitudes and beliefs. Knowledge domain included knowledge on mathematics, theory, student and curriculum. Ability domain involved research ability and teaching ability. Attitudes and beliefs refers to a passion for students and mathematics, a good sense of reflection and strong would to develop. Mathematics expert teachers tend to dig mathematics thoughts behind teaching material, cultivate students' high-level thinking purposefully, master the structure of the textbook proficiently, had a strong research abilitv and showed great nassion for their job.
