文章对《中国学术期刊影响因子年报(2015)》中首次提出的学术期刊影响力指数CI进行了深入分析,发现其存在评价指标权重大小不合理、归一化方法导致数据分布偏倚、CI权重调整系数k的确定不严谨、部分评价结果与现实相差较大等问题,提出了修正CI指数,并以图书馆情报学期刊为例进行了修正前后的对比分析,结果表明:修正CI指数更加简捷合理;修正前后的前18位期刊与CSSCI图书馆、情报与文献学的前18位期刊一致;修正后CI指数排序的前几位期刊更加合理。

This paper examines the academic journal clout index （CI） that is first proposed in the ＂Annual Report for Chinese Academic Journals Impact Factors （2015）＂ and finds some problems, such as unreasonable evaluation index weights, data distribu- tion bias caused by the normalized method, the less rigorous determination of CI weight adjustment coefficient k, and comparatively large difference between some evaluation results and reality. The modified CI index is proposed, and the journals related to Library Science are taken to compare the results. It shows that the modified CI index is more simple and reasonable, and the first 18 jour- nals before and after the revision are in line with the top 18 journals of libraries, intelligence and philology in CSSCI. The first few journals ranked by the revised CI index are more reasonable.
