摘要
[目的/意义]网络社群的快速发展使其成为用户获得内容价值、资源价值和情感价值的新的社群组织。网络社群信息互动效果评价能帮助人们更好地了解网络社群构建效果,推动网络社群更好地运营和持续发展。[方法/过程]基于信息生态视角,构建网络社群用户信息交互评价效果9个一级指标和24个二级指标,结合明星网络社群和垂直网络社群中6个典型网络社群进行样本采集,运用BP神经网络方法和MATLAB工具对评价指标进行验证分析。[结果/结论]数据分析结果表明,所构建的指标体系对于评价网络社群的信息互动效果评价具有一定的可操作性和建设指导意义。
[ Purpose/significance ] The rapid development of the network community makes it a new community organization for users to obtain content value, resource value and emotional value. The evaluation of the interaction effect of network community in- formation can help users to have a better understanding of the construction of network community and promote the better operation and sustainable development of the network community. [ Method/process ] Based on the information ecological perspective, the pa- per constructs an index system which contains 9 first-level indicators and 24 second-level indicators for the evaluation effect of user information interaction. Samples are collected from 6 typical network communities in star online communities and vertical online communities. Then, BP neural networks method and MATLAB tools are used to verify the evaluation index. [ Result/conclusion ] The result of data analysis shows that the index system has certain operational and constructive implications for evaluating the inter- action effect of information in network communities.
