摘要
知识囤积既不等同于知识不贡献,又不等同于知识隐藏。鉴于已有文献对知识囤积研究重原因轻行为的不足,文章采用扎根理论,通过对30名企业员工深度访谈数据的质性分析发现,知识囤积行为主要表现为含糊囤积、装傻囤积和伪合理囤积;知识囤积行为不仅受个体因素、人际互动因素、组织因素和知识因素4个方面的影响,而且还会造成工作排斥的后果。
Knowledge hoarding is neither equal to knowledge not-contribution nor knowledge hiding. In view of previous litera- ture focusing on reasons instead of behaviors, this paper makes a qualitatively analysis on the in-depth interview data of 30 employ- ees based on the grounded theory. It is found that the behaviors of knowledge hoarding are mainly manifested as vague hoarding, hypocritical hoarding and pseudo-reasonable hoarding. The knowledge hoarding behavior is affected by individual factors, interper- sonal interaction factors, organizational factors and knowledge factors, which can lead to job exclusion.
