摘要 [目的/意义]基于对应分析法对药品在线评论内容进行研究,揭示不同医药电商网站的差异性,给使用者提供有价值的信息。[方法/过程]利用文本挖掘提取药品在线评论的高频关键词,引入对应分析法,对不同医药电商网站药品的用户评论进行分析,得到对应分析图,并对结果进行对比研究。[结果/结论]不同医药电商网站的药品在线评论内容存在显著差异,印证对应分析法的适应性。研究结论对医药电商网站完善用户评论管理具有现实意义。 [ Purpose/significance] This paper studies the contents of pharmaceutical online reviews based on the correspon- dence analysis method in order to reveal the differences of different pharmaceutical e-commerce websites and provide valuable infor- mation to users. [ Method/process] It utilizes text mining to extract the keywords with a high frequency from the pharmaceutical on- line review contents, then analyzes the users' review contents of drugs in different e-commerce websites by using the correspon- dence analysis method, and draws the correspondence analysis diagrams for comparative study. [ Result/conclusion] There are sig- nificant differences of pharmaceutical online review contents among different medical e-commerce websites, which proves the adapt- ability of correspondence analysis method. The conclusions are of great practical significance for the pharmaceutical e-commerce websites to improve the management of users' comments.
