摘要
为加强标准轨铁路与肯尼亚实际情况相结合,根据蒙内标轨铁路和蒙巴萨枢纽的概况,结合沿线地形地貌等控制因素,提出机场南侧引入方案、机场北侧引入方案2个蒙内标轨铁路引入蒙巴萨枢纽的方案,通过对这2个方案进行优缺点分析比选,推荐采用由莫伊国际机场南侧引入蒙巴萨港站方案。同时结合蒙内铁路的建设提出蒙巴萨城市发展规划的思路,研究提出城市规划与铁路建设应充分融合,在蒙巴萨围绕港口周边开发货物仓储及集散系统,机场和铁路客站作为旅客集散中心,为当地规划部门提供参考。
To make Standard Gauge Railway(SGR) adapted to the Kenya's reality, this paper proposes two plans for connecting Mombasa-Nairobi SGR with Mombasa Transportation Hub: 1. Connecting the SGR to the Hub at the southern part of Moi International Airport; 2. Connecting the SGR to the Hub at the northern part of Moi International Airport, based on the general situation of the railway and the hub as well as other governing factors, such as the topographical conditions along the railway. With a comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the two proposals, the paper recommends the first plan. In addition, based on the practice in constructing Mombasa-Nairobi Standard Gauge Railway, this paper also offers advice on Mombasa's urban development planning to the local authority responsible for urban planning: building a system of goods storage, collection and distribution near the Mombasa port while constructing the airport and railway station as a passenger center, which should be integrated into the general urban planning.
