摘要
对汽车外覆盖件左右侧围A柱处侧整形工艺进行了阐述,介绍了覆盖件侧围在侧整形过程中的起皱、叠料现象进行了分析,并从工艺、设计、整形等几个方面较详细地说明了解决零件侧整起皱的方法和控调措拖。
In this paper, the process of shaping wrinkle at the double side of A column ofautomobile outer panel is expounded, thewrinkling and stacking phenomenon of the sidecircumference of the overburden in the process of side shaping are analyzed, and the process anddesign are given. The methods to solve the side wrinkling of parts and the control of adjustingand trailing are explained in details.
