摘要
通过Autoform中的Sigma模块可分析公差范围内的料厚波动对减薄、表面凹陷、起皱和回弹等成形性问题的影响,进而可研判实际制件因料厚波动对成形性产生的影响。实际案例表明,对于减薄接近标准值的制件,需要加入公差进一步分析其成形效果。
The Sigma module in Autoform analyzes the effects of material thickness fluctuationswithin tolerances on formability issues such as thinning, surface depression, wrinkling, andspringback. The actual case shows that tolerances need to be added to further analyze of theforming effect for the requirement which the thinning of parts is within 20% of the original sheetthickness.
