分析了POS机中框塑件材料及结构,介绍了浇注系统、四面滑块抽芯机构、冷却系统、顶出系统及模具整体结构,并详细讲述了模具工艺调试过程,对同类型的模具设计具有一定的参考作用。
This paper analyzed the material and structure of POS frame plastic parts,introduced the feed system, four-sided slider core-pulling mechanism, cooling system, ejectionsystem and mold structure,and described the process of mold debugging in detail,it has acertain reference function for the same type of mold design.
