摘要
介绍了激光淬火的原理与设备,针对当前3种常见的淬火形式进行了对比和分析,突出了激光淬火在汽车模具制造的优势,并对激光淬火的力学性能进行了相关研究,首先采用3种材料对激光淬火的硬度和深度进行了试验研究,其次采用有限元软件模拟了感应淬火的残余压应力的数值大小,通过分析能够为镶件的缓和应力集中和预判镶件淬火开裂提供理论依据。
In this paper the principle and application equipment for the laser quenching areintroduced, the analysis and comparison in the current three common forms of quenching arecarried out,it highlighted the advantages of the laser quenching in automobile die manufacturing,secondly the related research on the mechanical property of laser quenching has carried on, inthe first, the hardness and depth between three kinds of materials for laser quenching werestudied, secondly the residual compressive stress of the induction hardening numerical size issimulated by finite element software, it is favourable for the theory basis in the place of breakstress concentration and cracking anticipation insert.
