This paper described the disadvantage of the top piece of mold with the conventionalprocessing,provided a tooling for CNC quick positioning of the top piece of mold. The toolingapplied to a processing and secondary processing. This process changed the conventionalprocessing, allowed two processes of the obverse and the reverse to be completed in the sameprocess, shortened cycle, increased the usage rate of NC machine, reduced processing costs.
