浅谈汽车模具结构面自动编程

摘要 模具结构面编程主要内容有安装标准机构、镶块的平面及导向立面、定位面、各种孔等,这些特征都是二维元素组成的,加工刀轨一般是平面内的轨迹线。所以结构面编程主要就是2D编程。介绍了结构面自动编程,基于设计实体特征的数控编程技术,不论是结构面自动编程还是自动化程度更高的编程技术,都要依赖于各种高端机械软件的支持。 The main contents of the die structure programming include the installation ofstandard mechanisms, the plane of the insert, the guide facade, the positioning surface, andvarious holes. These features are all composed of two-dimensional elements. The machining tooltrack is generally a trajectory in the plane. Therefore, structural surface programming is mainlytwo-dimensional structure programming. The automatic programming of the structural planedescribed in this article refers to the numerical control programming technology based on thedesign features.Whether it is the automatic programming of structural planes or the more automatedprogramming technology, it depends on the support of various advanced mechanical software.
