摘要
以昆明医科大学为例,探索管办评分离与协同机制,加强了独立于教务处之外的教学质量监控与评估中心主导的对非医学类专业学生的毕业设计(论文)专项评价。从评价的视角研究并实践了监控与保障毕业设计(论文)校内第三方评价机制,从经常性对话、问题导向、分类指导等方面,提出进一步提高地方医科院校毕业设计(论文)校内第三方评价质量的策略。
Taking Kunming Medical University as an example, this paper probes into the separation and coordination mechanisms among administration, business handling and evaluation, with the aim to enhance the evaluation for the graduation design (thesis) of non-medical specialties directed by Teaching Quality Supervision and Assessment Center, which is independent of the Office of Educational Administration. From the perspective of evaluation, the research studies and practices the third party evaluation mechanism for the graduation design (thesis), and puts forward strategies about the regular dialogue, problem orientation, and classification guidance for further improving the third party evaluation of graduation design (thesis) in local medical colleges.
