摘要
为使产品造型推演生成更创新的设计方案,研究推演初始形状同构集合的生成方法并构建其流程。指出影响形状设计属性继承与创新的集合因素,引入同构理论提出集合同构概念以更新集合结构和激活元素设计属性,阐述了用于生成同构集合的二维形状混合算法,包括预处理算法、匹配算法和插值算法。分析了元素间设计属性关联度并得出同构有效范围,依据形义同构条件和造型层次化认知需求提出元素匹配规则,构建了元素匹配与集合同构流程。以某城市地铁列车前脸造型设计为例实施应用,生成方案具备合理的辨识度和前瞻性,验证了该方法的有效性与实用性。
In order to create more innovative design scheme from product modeling deduction,a method for generating initial deduction shape isomorphism set was studied to construct the process. The set factors that influence the inheritance and innovation of shape design attributes were pointed out. Isomorphism theory was introduced to propose the concept of set isomorphism,which was used to update set structure and activate element design attributes. A two-dimensional shape blending algorithm for generating isomorphism set was described,including preprocessing algorithm,matching algorithm and interpolation algorithm. The degree of correlation between elements design attributes was analyzed to obtain the effective range of isomorphism. Element matching rules were proposed according to the shape-meaning isomorphic conditions and modeling hierarchical cognitive requirements to construct element matching and set isomorphism processes. The front mask modeling of the city metro subway train was taken as the example to perform implementation. The generated scheme has reasonable identification and forward-lookingness,which verified the effectiveness and practicability of the method.
