安全阀快速切换装置及其流阻特性研究

Study on Quick Switching Device of Safety Valve and Its Flow Resistance Characteristics

安全阀作为一种自动阀门,是各类锅炉、压力容器和压力管道等设备不可缺少的安全附件,起到超压保护的作用,广泛应用于石油、化工和电站等领域。由于安全阀定期校验会导致生产线停车、停产,因此提出两台安全阀实现1台在线运行、1台检修备用。通过计算仿真结果与试验测试结果的对比研究,证明安全阀快速切换装置具备足够的备份泄放能力。

As an automatic valve, safety valve is an indispensable safety accessory for boilers, pressure vessels, pressure pipelines and other equipment, which plays a role of overpressure protection and is widely used in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry and power station. Because regular check of safety valves would cause production line to shut down and stop production, two safety valves were set up, one for online operation, and the other for maintenance and spare use. Through the comparison of computational simulation results and experimental test data, it was found that quick switching device of safety valve had enough spare displacement capacity.
