炼化装置泄漏统计分析及建议

摘要 炼化装置生产过程中,由于设备及管线所接触的介质及应用环境比较复杂,常常出现泄漏问题,严重时甚至引起装置停工,影响其长周期安全运行,造成严重经济损失。因此,必须加强对炼化装置中设备及管线泄漏事故的分析研究。该文综合统计了某公司炼化装置近年来的泄漏问题,发现泄漏的原因主要集中在密封缺陷、介质腐蚀、冲刷及磨损等方面。根据统计结果对泄漏问题进行了详细地分析,并提出相应建议,为降低设备及管线的泄漏率、提高设备及管线日常管理水平和事故应急能力提供技术支持。 Due to complex medium and application environment in refining process, leakage occurred frequently and caused equipment to shut down, which affected long-terrn operation and led to great economic loss. Therefore, it was necessary to strengthen analysis and research on leakage accidents of equipment and pipelines. In the paper, leakage accidents of a refining and petrochemical unit in recent years were summarized. It was found that leakage was mainly caused by bad sealing performance, defects, medium corrosion, erosion, abrasion and other aspects. Detailed analysis was carried out and corresponding suggestions were put forward to provide technical support for reducing leakage rate, raising management level of equipment and pipelines, and improving emergency disposal capabilities.
