摘要
随着炼化装置大型化以及环保法规对固体废弃物处理的要求日益严苛,对连续重整装置循环再生烟气脱氯的要求越来越高。作为传统脱氯工艺过程,碱洗脱氯工艺以其技术成熟、投资和运行成本低廉而被业界重新关注。然而,碱洗脱氯工艺的酸碱腐蚀和盐类饱和结晶堵塞问题一直是阻碍其长周期安全运行的不利因素。该文对碱洗脱氯系统中Cl^--SO_x^(2-)-H_2O腐蚀体系进行了分析讨论,结合工程设计及工业运行实际提出了应对措施。
With increase in the capacity of refining plant and strict requirements of environmental protection regulations on solid waste treatment, requirements on regenerated flue gas dechlorination in CCR become higher. Traditional caustic dechlorination process was paid more attention due to its mature technology, low capital and operation cost. However, acid & alkali corrosion and blockage caused by salt saturation crystallization were unfavorable factors which affected its long-term safe operation. C1- S02x-H20 corrosion system in caustic dechlorination process was discussed in the paper, and corresponding countermeasures were put forward based on engineering design and industrial operation practice.
