摘要
某常减压蒸馏装置加工高酸原油,在2017年停工检修过程中发现该装置存在比较严重的腐蚀问题,影响了装置的安全平稳运行。分析研究了装置腐蚀现状,确定高温环烷酸腐蚀是主要原因。提出应对措施,并对装置日后安全生产提出了建议。
In 2017, serious corrosion problems were found during maintenance work in an atmospheric ＆ vacuum distillation unit, which processed high acid crude oil, and thus affecting safe and stable operation. Corrosion status was analyzed and high temperature naphthenic acid corrosion was determined as the main cause. Countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to ensure safety production in future.
