摘要
通过对5 000 m^3原油储罐底板腐蚀漏磁检测的应用实例,介绍了漏磁检测技术的基本原理、特点及仪器设备。说明了漏磁检测的实施过程和结论分析,同时对漏磁检测技术的检测结果分别用宏观检测和超声波测厚进行了复验。
Basic Principles, characteristics and instrument of magnetic flux leakage testing technology were introduced with the application example of magnetic flux leakage testing for bottom plate corrosion of 5 000 m3 crude oil storage tank. Implementation process and conclusion analysis of magnetic flux leakage testing were described, meanwhile, the results were rechecked by macroscopic detection and ultrasonic thickness measurement. It was concluded that this method could not guarantee a 100% detection due to bottom plate structure. The influence of bottom plate thickness on sensitivity of magnetic flux leakage detection, analysis of specific defect signals and defect location accuracy should be studied in the future.
