劣质溶剂树脂脱氯技术在芳烃抽提装置的应用

摘要 针对某石化公司炼油厂芳烃车间抽提装置溶剂系统Cl^-富集和溶剂老化造成溶剂pH值降低,设备腐蚀加剧,影响装置长周期稳定运行的问题,采用某石化研究院专利技术,建设一套劣质环丁砜溶剂树脂脱氯设施作为解决方案。树脂脱氯设施投用后溶剂系统氯质量分数由投用前的9. 26μg/g降至3. 0μg/g,减缓了溶剂系统Cl^-的富集,抑制了设备的腐蚀,从而保证装置长周期平稳运行。 In view of reduction of solvent pH value, aggravation of equipment corrosion and unstable operation of units, which is due to chlorine ions enrichment and solvent aging of solvent system in aromatics extraction unit of Urumqi petrochemical company, patent technology of a petrochemical research institute was adopted to construct a dechlorination system using sulfolane solvent resin. After the system was put into use, C1- mass fraction reduced from 9.26 μg/g to 3.0 μg/g, nevertheless, enrichment of C1- content decreased and equipment corrosion slowed down, as a resuh, stable operation was ensured.
