摘要 采用基于风险的检验(RBI)技术对某公司合成氨装置的61台压力容器进行了风险评估。分析了装置存在的损伤机理,给出了61台容器的评估结果及设备高风险的原因。依据评估结果及相关标准规定,制定了容器的检验范围、检验方法和开罐检验建议,为后期的定期检验提供参考。 Risk assessment of 61 pressure vessels in an ammonia plant was carried out by risk-based inspection technology (RBI), of which damage mechanism was analyzed. Evaluation results of 61 vessels and reasons led to high risk were given. According to the evaluation results and relevant standards, vessels' inspection scope, inspection methods and inspection suggestions in opening state were formulated to provide reference for later periodic inspections.
