支气管套囊监测小囊压力引导双腔管插管的临床教学应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨支气管套囊监测小囊压力引导双腔管插管的临床教学应用。方法选择实习医学生20人进行双腔管插管的临床教学指导。选择40例患者,按随机数字表法分为支气管套囊压力组和传统方法组,每组20例,分别采用支气管套囊测压小囊压力法和传统插管方法进行双腔管插管。比较两组患者导管就位和气道损伤的发生情况。结果支气管套囊压力组一次就位成功率高于传统方法组,插管至对位完毕时间少于传统方法组(均P <0. 05)。两组插管成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。支气管套囊压力组气道损伤发生率低于传统方法组(P <0. 05)。结论支气管套囊测压小囊压力引导双腔管插管是一种安全、简易、有效的双腔管插管方法,实习医学生更易于掌握,可将其纳入双腔管插管的临床教学内容中。
