三维多平面切面法自动评估胎儿脑部发育的可行性研究

摘要 目的:探讨三维多平面切面法(3D slice)自动测量正常孕晚期胎儿脑部体积及其随孕周变化的可行性。方法:选择MRI3D-FIESTA检查孕周为30~39周脑部正常发育胎儿各10例共100例,利用人工智能软件构建三维模型并自动计算胎儿大脑体积,小脑体积,分析所得数值与孕周的关系。结果:100例均自动测量成功。胎儿大脑体积,小脑体积,小脑体积/大脑体积均随孕周增大而增加,小脑容积增长更快。结论:3D slice可作为一种新的自动评估胎儿脑部发育情况的方法。 Purpose: To assess the feasibility of three dimensional slice (3D slice) in evaluating the regional brain volume changes of normal fetuses. Methods: MRI images of 100 fetuses at 30-39 weeks gestational age were collected, 3D model of 2 brain regions (cerebrum and cerebellum) were automatically reconstructed and their volumes were measured. Correlations between volumes and their gestational age were assessed using regression models. Results: 3D slice acquisitions were successful in all fetuses. Cerebrum and cerebellum were increased in absolute volume during the gestation period, and the rate of cerebellar growth was higher. Conclusion: 3D slice is useful in assessing the fetal brain development.
