摘要
随着基因组革命的到来和医学成像技术的发展,医学研究领域出现了一个新的方向——影像基因组学。影像基因组学是利用非侵入性方法将基因组学与多种成像特征进行关联,从而更深入地了解肿瘤生物学特性和捕获内在的肿瘤异质性的新的影像分析方法。本文将就影像基因组学在肿瘤研究中的应用进展进行总结。
With the advent of the genome revolution and the advances in medical imaging, a new direction has emerged in medical research - radiogenomics. It is a new method of image analysis that uses noninvasive methods to correlate genomics to multiple imaging features to gain insight into tumor biology and capture intrinsic tumor heterogeneity. This article will summarize the progress of radiogenomics in cancer research.
