甲状腺乳腺疾病相关性的研究进展

Research progress of the correlation of thyroid and breast diseases

甲状腺及乳腺疾病的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,甲状腺及乳腺同属于激素应答性器官,两类疾病具有明确的相关性,甲状腺疾病可导致乳腺疾病发病风险增加,乳腺疾病也可引起甲状腺疾病发病风险增加。两者的共同发病机制尚在研究中。目前已知,雌激素及甲状腺素促进了两者的发生及发展。本文系统总结了雌激素及甲状腺素在两类疾病发病中的作用及两者关系的研究进展。

The incidence of thyroid and breast diseases is increasing, thyroid and breast belong to hormone response organ. There is a clear correlation between the two diseases, thyroid disease can increase the risk of breast disease and vice versa. The same pathogenesis of them is still under study. It is clear that estrogen and thyroxine promote the occurrence and development. This paper reviews the progress of researchs concerning the role of estrogen and thyroid hormone in thyroid and breast diseases.
