三级综合医院护理管理信息平台构建对优质护理服务的影响

Effects of nursing information system construction on quality nursing service in level-3 general hospitals

目的探讨三级综合医院构建护理管理信息平台(NIS)对优质护理服务产生的影响。方法选取2016年9月～2017年9月四川省自贡市第一人民医院住院患者260例,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组各130例。选取同期护士28名,随机分配到研究组和对照组中,各14名。研究组在NIS构建基础上行优质护理服务,对照组只行单纯优质护理服务。比较两组护理质量、护理后患者及护士满意度。结果研究组护理质量中健康教育、专科护理、病情评估、基础护理评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组患者对护理的人文关怀、医院的环境设施、医护人员的专业技能及责任意识等满意度各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组护士工作负荷、护理、与同事关系、工作认可评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 NIS的构建有助于提高三级综合医院优质护理服务水平,且可促进患者及护理人员满意度提升。

Objective To explore the effects of the construction of nursing information system （NIS） on quality nursing service in level-3 general hospitals. Methods From September 2016 to September 2017, in Zigong First People′s Hospital, 260 hospitalized patients were selected and divided into research group and control group by random number table method, with 130 cases in each group. Twenty-eight nurses were selected at the same period, they were assigned to research group and control group randomly, with 14 nurses in each group. The research group was given quality nursing service based on NIS, the control group was given quality nursing service only. The quality of nursing, patients＇ satisfaction and nurses′ satisfaction after nursing in two groups were compared. Results The health education scores, specialist nursing scores, disease severity assessment scores and basic nursing scores of nursing quality in research group were higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; the satisfaction scores of humanistic care, environmental facilities, professional skills and sense of responsibility of nurses in research group were higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; the scores of work load, nursing management, relationship with colleagues, recognition from work of nurses in research group were higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The construction of NIS can help improve the quality nursing service in level-3 general hospitals and improve the satisfaction of both the patients and nurses.
