兽用抗病毒中成药中非法添加抗病毒类药物的检测方法建立及应用前景

摘要 快速检测出饲料中禁止类抗病毒药物是畜产品生产质量安全的重要手段之一。建立了兽用抗病毒中成药中非法添加抗病毒类药物的超高效液相色谱串联质谱法。实验结果显示3种抗病毒类药物在1.0~10 mg/kg添加浓度范围内线性关系良好;较高浓度时回收率范围为90%~107.9%,定量下限(LLOQ)规定为添加回收实验中S/N≥10时的最低添加浓度,结果均小于0.1 mg/kg,适用于抗病毒类中成药中非法添加抗病毒类药物的检测,应用前景广阔。 Rapid detection of prohibited antiviral drugs in feed is an important means of quality safety of livestock products. In this paper, an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) series mass spectrometry method was established for the illegal addition of antiviral drugs in antiviral traditional Chinese medicines for veterinary use. The experimental results showed that the three antiviral drugs had a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 1.0~10 mg/kg, and the recovery rate at higher concentrations was from90 percent to 107.9 percent. The quantitative lower limit(LLOQ) stipulates the lowest added concentration of S/N≥10 in the addition recovery test. The results were less than 0.1 mg/kg for the detection of illegal addition of antiviral drugs in antiviral traditional Chinese medicines, which had a broad application prospect.
