脑力劳动人群职业紧张与免疫因子水平间关系的研究 被引量:2

Study on the relationship between occupational stress and immune factors in brain workers

摘要 目的研究脑力劳动人群职业紧张和免疫因子水平现状,分析两者之间的相互关系。方法使用工作紧张量表(Job Stress Survey)对2 200名医务、行政、教师岗位的脑力劳动人群开展问卷调查,同时检测白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的含量。结果不同性别、年龄、学历、职称、工龄分组间的研究人群除了性别组在组织支持缺乏强度无差异外,其余各维度得分差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05);将职业紧张按得分分组后发现,各性别、年龄、学历、职称、工龄分组间的研究人群所占不同职业紧张组的比例不同,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);各职业紧张组间IL-2、IL-6水平有差异(P <0.05);使用偏相关分析发现,IL-2和职业紧张程度呈负相关关系(P <0.05),IL-6和职业紧张呈正相关关系(P <0.05)。结论在各性别、年龄、学历、职称、工龄组间,脑力劳动人群职业紧张程度有差异,职业紧张程度影响IL-2、IL-6水平。 Objective To study the status of occupational stress and immune factors in mental workforce and to analyze the relationship between them. Methods Using the Job Stress Survey to conduct a questionnaire survey of 2,200 mentally-employed people in medical, administrative, and teacher positions, the levels of interleukin-2 and interleukin-6 were measured. Results The study population between different genders, age, education, job title, and working age group had no difference in the strength of the organization support in the gender group, but all other dimensions had differences (P 〈0.05); The proportions of different occupational stress groups in the study population of gender, age, education, job title, and working-age grouping were different, and the differences were statistically significant (P 〈0.05); the levels of IL-2 and IL-6 were different in each occupational stress group (P 〈0.05); Using partial correlation analysis, it was found that there was a negative correlation between IL-2 and occupational stress (P 〈 0.05) , and there was a positive correlation between IL-6 and occupational stress (P 〈0.05). Conclusion In the gender, age, education, job title, and working-age groups, there is a difference in the degree of occupational stress in the mental workforce; occupational stress levels influence the levels of IL-2 and IL-6.
