RAIDS体质量管理模式对首发精神分裂症患者症状及用药依从性改善的影响

Impact of RAIDS quality management on improvement of symptoms and medication compliance in first-episode schizophrenia

目的探讨RAIDS体质量管理模式对首发精神分裂症患者症状及用药依从性改善的影响。方法选取我院2015年10月-2016年10月收治的行常规护理的首发精神分裂症患者76例作为对照组,另选取我院2016年11月-2017年11月收治的行RAIDS体质量管理模式的首发精神分裂症患者76例作为观察组。对比2组护理前后症状程度、体型特征及用药依从性变化。结果观察组护理1个月后焦虑忧郁、缺乏活力、思维障碍、激活性、敌对猜疑评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组护理1个月后体质量、BMI、WHR数值均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组护理1个月后用药依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 RAIDS体质量管理模式可减轻首发精神分裂症患者症状,改善其生理指标,提高用药依从性,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of RAIDS management on the improvement of symptoms and medication compliance in first-episode schizophrenics. Methods 76 patients with first-episode schizophrenia underwent routine nursing care in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the control group, and the other 76 patients from March 2016 to November 2017 in our hospital were selected for RAIDS quality management Mode of first episode schizophrenia s observation group. Before and after treatment, the symptoms, body shape and medication compliance were compared between the two groups. Results After 1 month of nursing in observation group, anxiety and depression, lack of vitality, mental retardation, activation and hostile suspicion were all significantly lower than those in control group （P 〈0.05）. Body weight, BMI, WHR values were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）; the observation group after 1 month of medication adherence was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion RAIDS management mode can dramatically reduce the symptoms of patients with first-episode schizophrenia, improving their physiological indicators and drug compliance, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
