过氧化氢工作液中蒽醌降解物再生剂研究现状 被引量:6

摘要 工业生产过氧化氢常采用蒽醌加氢法,但在实际生产中工作液内会出现大量蒽醌降解物,此时需要对工作液进行再生处理。针对蒽醌法工业生产过氧化氢过程中工作液组分及蒽醌降解物的特点,详细介绍了目前新型再生剂的研究进展,综述了不同类型再生剂的组成、制备、性能及优缺点。在此基础上指出了下一步再生剂的发展方向,以期提高再生剂的再生性能,延长使用寿命。 The main process for hydrogen peroxide production is anthraquinone hydrogenation process.However ,along with the operation of the system,there will be a large number of anthraquinone degradation products in the working solution in the actual production.The working solution needs to be regenerated at this point.According to the components of working solution and the characteristics of anthraquinone degradation products during the anthraquinone hydrogenation process ,the current researching evolution in the field of regenerant was introduced in detail.Meanwhile ,the components, preparation process and properties of different types of regenerant were summarized.On this basis,it pointed out the direction of development of regenerant to enhance the catalyst performance and life.
