摘要
采用酸性70%乙醇溶液提取昭通市六县区所产青花椒总生物碱,以白屈菜红碱为标准品,在425nm处测得标准曲线为y=4.615x+0.0044,r=0.9994,该方法在0~0.2 mg.mL-1范围内生物碱浓度与吸光度线性关系良好。采用酸性染料比色法测得昭通各县区青花椒中总生物碱含量在0.343%~0.430%之间,该方法具有较好的精密度和稳定性,且操作简单,具有良好的可重复性。该研究可为昭通青花椒的开发利用提供理论数据。
In this paper, acidic 70% ethanol solution was used to extract total alkaloids in Zhaotong Zanthoxylum Schinifolium Sieb. et Zucc. Using chelerythrine as a standard compound, absorbency value was determined an 42Shin.The standard curve was y = 4.615x ＋ 0.0044 （r = 0.9994） and had good linear relation in the range of 0-0.2 mg·mL-1 . The total alkaloids from Zhaotong Zanthoxylum Schinifolium Sieb. et Zucc. were determined between 0.343%-0.430% by acid dye colorimetry. This method had good precision and stability, and the operation is simple, with good repeatability. This study will provide theoretical data for development and utilization of Zhaotong Zanthoxylum Schinifolium Sieb. et Zucc.
