摘要
从高校实际出发,分析高校建设工程管理过程中存在的问题,包括技术力量薄弱、忽视使用效益、功能用途及建设投资不匹配,管理组织结构不合理。然后提出加强业务学习、充分做好前期工作、建立层级投资控制、调整组织结构模式等解决对策。最后结合高校实际和现场管理经验,从业务水平、廉政教育和过程管理三个方面提出提升工程管理水平的建议。
Based on the actual situation of universities, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of university construction project management, including weak technical strength, neglect of use efficiency, mismatch of functional use and construction investment, and unreasonable management organization structure.Then, puts forward some countermeasures, such as strengthening business learning, doing a good job in the preliminary work, establishing hierarchical investment control, and adjusting the organizational structure model, etc.Finally, based on file actual and on-site management experiences of universities, proposes suggestions to improve file level of project management from three aspects: professional level, honest education and process management.
