实施矿产资源规划环境影响评价,是从源头预防和减少矿产资源开发对环境产生影响的重要措施,是一项系统工程,省级矿产资源规划环境影响评价发挥承上启下的作用。本文以第三轮省级矿产资源规划编制为契机,同时结合新时代矿产资源规划编制的特点,探讨了省级矿产资源规划环境影响评价的要求、工作内容和主要方法,为第三轮省级矿产资源规划环境影响评价工作提供依据。

Implementation of environmental impact assessment of mineral resources planning is an important measure to prevent and reduce the environmental impact from mineral resources development, which is a systematic project.Environmental impact assessment of provincial mineral resources planning plays an important connecting role for the classifcation system. The third round of the mineral resources plan is an opportunity, meanwhile, to combine a new era of mineral resources planning features in the new age. In this study, we discuss the environmental impact assessment requirements and main content andmethod of provincial mineral resources planning, which providesinstruction for conducting the third round of environmental impact assessment of provincial mineral resources planning.
