地勘单位科技创新的措施研究

摘要 传统地勘单位中科技创新的认知薄弱,导致地勘行业技术中知识产权挖掘不足,影响了国际市场的开拓步伐。本文以江苏煤炭地质局为例,探讨了地勘单位科技创新管理的有效措施,认为科技创新宣传培训可有效提高创新意识,打造企业科技影响力;增大科技创新投入力度、推进创新平台建设可促进产学研联合,进而促进科技成果转化;建立科技人才选拔双通道可促进科技创新积极性;贯彻落实科技规范化管理可防范知识产权风险。 The lack of awareness of technological innovation in traditional geological exploration units has led to insufcient intellectual property mining in geological survey industry technology, which has afected the pace of development in the international market. Taking Jiangsu Coal Geology Bureau as an example, this study discusses the efective measures of scientific and technological innovation management in geological exploration units, and shows that scientific and technological innovation publicity and training can efectively improve the sense of innovation and enhance the infuence of enterprises on science and technology, increase investment in scientifc and technological innovation, and promote the construction of an innovation platform. Promoting a combination of production, education, and research, and then promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, a dual-channel selection of scientific and technological talents can be established to promote enthusiasm for scientifc and technological innovation and implement scientifc and technological standardized management to prevent intellectual property risks.
