摘要
为了有效减少航天器在轨飞行期间锂电池单体容量的不必要损失,确保航天器长期在轨工作期间正常完成飞行任务,从电池组正负极材料特性、电解液组件、杂质含量、制造工艺和空间环境特点等多方面入手分析,定位电池贮存寿命减少的关键因素,建立电池寿命预测模型,开展电池寿命预测技术研究,实现航天器电源系统电池组长期在轨的可靠维护,并对其他航天型号电源系统设计具有借鉴意义。
In order to reduce the unnecessary loss of the capacity of the lithium battery and guarantee the success of space mission during the on-orbit flight, this paper investigated the characteristics of positive and negative electrode materials of battery, electrolyte component and impurity content, battery manufacturing process, characteristics of space environment, etc.Also, the key factors to reduce the battery storage life were found, the battery life prediction model was given and the battery life prediction technology was researched. The method guarantees the reliable on-orbit maintenance of battery, and has great reference to other power system design of space model.
