钼镀银互连材料与太阳电池阻熔焊接的可焊性

摘要 钼银互连材料是低轨防原子氧材料之一。介绍了钼银材料的设计状态,对钼银互连材料与砷化镓太阳电池的平行间隙阻熔焊技术进行了研究,筛选出焊接工艺参数。同时,对焊接接头的外观、微观形貌及元素进行了分析。通过试验及分析,初步验证了钼银互连材料的可焊性。 Silver-plated molybdenum is one of the oxygen resistant materials on the low earth orbit. The structuredesign of silver-plated molybdenum was introduced, the technology of parallel-gap resistance welding betweensilver-plated molybdenum interconnected material and silver electrodes in solar cells was studied, and the processparameters were screened. At the same time, the appearance, microstructure, and atom diffusion of the joints wereanalyzed. Through these tests and analysis, the weldability of silver-plated molybdenum was verified.
