摘要
报道了一种新型的、具有高比表面积、高导电性多级孔结构碳材料的制备方法,并将其作为铅酸电池的负极板添加剂进行了研究。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、氮吸附等温测试(BET)、扫描电镜(SEM)等测试方法对产物的结构和形貌进行了表征,同时对其电化学性能进行了测试。结果表明新型多级孔碳材料可在显著提高活性物质载量的条件下,依然能保证离子快速畅通传输,最大程度降低浓差极化并提高循环寿命。
A kind of hierarchical porous conductive carbon material with high specific surface area and goodconductivity was prepared which was regarded as additives for anode. The structure and morphology of the sampleswere investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), N2 adsorption-desorption isotherm (BET) and scanning electron micro-scopy (SEM) and the electrochemical performances were also tested. The results show that under the condition ofincreasing the utilization of activities, the new type of porous carbon materials can guarantee the rapid and smoothtransmission of ions, reduce the concentration polarization and increase the cycling life.
