摘要
围绕双极性锌银贮备电池五种环境应力下激活电压和放电电压数值的正态性开展研究,结果发现在显著性水平0.01时,电池激活电压、1 C放电电压最小值、5.5 C放电电压和放电至额定容量时电压均为正态分布;将上述参数作为工作可靠性特征参量,建立起工作可靠性功能模型和数学模型,完成电池不同环境应力下工作可靠性评估,最后得出低温环境为该种电池环境敏感应力。该评估方法不仅为小样本量一次电池可靠性评估提供一定的思路,而且对电池优化设计具有一定的参考价值。
Five kinds of proper environmental stresses applying on bipolar silver-zinc reserve batteries, the data ofactivation voltage and discharge voltage were obtained. The normality of voltage data was tested according toShapiro-Wilk inspection method at the remarkable level of 0.01. It is concluded that activation voltage value, thesmallest value of 1 C discharge voltage, 5.5 C discharge voltage value and discharge cut-off voltage value arenormal. The character parameters of battery reliability evaluation were pitched on above-mentioned normaldistribution parameters, accordingly the functional model and mathematical model of battery reliability were set upand the lower confidence limit of batteries working reliability under five kinds of environmental stresses wereevaluated. Thus it is concluded that low temperature is the sensitivity stress of bipolar silver-zinc reserve battery,which provides not only some thoughts to primary battery reliability assessment, but also some references for batteryoptimal design.
