摘要
以西铭煤矿8#煤层48710工作面运输顺槽为实例,淋水顶板造成巷道围岩变形大、支护失效;分析认为,淋水顶板巷道变形主要由复杂的水-岩作用引起,同时淋水对锚固造成了一定的影响;对巷道支护方案进行优化设计并通过现场验证,有效减少了巷道的变形;保证了生产安全,降低了巷道维护费用,提高了掘进速率,有助于矿井安全高效生产。
Taking 48710 working tace of No.8 coal seam in Ximing Coal Mine as an example, the surrounding rock deformation and support tailure are caused by Water-Sprinkled roof. The analysis shows that the deformation of Water-Sprinkled roof roadway is mainly caused by complex water-rock interaction, and the Water-Sprinkled has a certain impact on the anchorage. Field verification has effectively reduced the detormation of the roadway, ensured the safety of production, reduced the cost of roadway maintenance, increased the excavation rate, and contributed to the sate and efficient production of the mine.
