摘要 结构件材料的选型一直是结构设计的重点环节。复合材料作为多种材料的组成形式,其性能优于其单一组分材料的性能,具有质量轻、强度高、介电性能好、耐烧蚀及容易成型加工等优点。力学性能上,突出特点是比强度和比模量较高。通过力学及冲击仿真来比较铝材料与玻璃钢材料的差异。 Structural material selection is always the key point of structure design.As the composing form of various materials, composite material performance is superior to the single component ma terial performance.It has advantages of light quality, high strength, good dielectric properties,abla tion resistance and easy processing,etc..In the mechanics performance, it also has the outstanding characteristics of high specific strength and specific modulus.This paper compares the difference between aluminum material and fibreglass reinforced plastic material through mechanics and impact simulation.
