摘要
凝结水是蒸汽系统传热过程中产生的副产品,它是在蒸汽输送过程中由于不可避免的散热形成的,或在加热设备和工艺设备中由于蒸汽向被加热物资传热后降温形成的。虽然蒸汽在凝结过程中有价值的潜热被释放,但凝结水还是有较高可利用价值的热水,是一个潜力很大余热资源,充分回收利用好余热资源,对企业节能减排工作有着非常重要的意义。药厂凝结水回收池中的热水,主要来自生产设备、空调系统、采暖系统、热水系统、锅炉排污等五个方面。文章着重论述药厂在凝结水余热回收利用上,通过在室外凝结水池中安装不锈钢管式换热器,利用凝结水余热提升采暖与热水系统的回水温度,间接减少锅炉天然气、电力、用水使用量的经验介绍,供国内药厂借鉴参考。
Condensate is a by-product of heat transfer in steam system. It is formed in the process of steam transportation dueto inevitable heat dissipation, or in the heating equipment and process equipment due to the steam to be heated materials after cooling. Although the valuable latent heat of steam is released in the condensation process, the condensate still has a high value of hotwater, and is a potential waste heat resource, which can be fully recovered and utilized. It is of great significance to the energy saving and emission reduction work of enterprises. The hot water in condensate recovery pool of pharmaceutical factory mainly comesfrom five aspects: production equipment, air conditioning system, heating system, hot water system and boiler blowdown. This papermainly discusses the recovery and utilization of waste heat of condensate water in pharmaceutical plant. By installing stainless steeltube heat exchanger in outdoor condensing pool, the temperature of return water of heating and hot water system can be raised usingthe waste heat of condensate water. This paper introduces the experience of indirectly reducing the consumption of natural gas, electric power and water in boiler, which can be used for reference by domestic pharmaceutical factories.
