基于GIS的机关事务管理综合信息平台的概述

机关事务管理综合信息平台以二三维一体化、云端一体化、信息时空一体化、全生命周期一体化为核心技术支持,实现机关、直属事业机构的房屋、土地、车辆、资产的可视化精准定位。通过以"以图控房、控地、控车、控资(资产、资金)"等方式,彻底摸清家底,实时掌握各类资源资产具体位置、使用状况等情况;通过对资源资产的全生命期管理,动态掌握土地、房屋、车辆等资产历史和现状情况,解决建设和使用过程中的维护或修缮评估和管理的难题。
