高校是立德树人、培养人才的地方,是青年人增长知识、放飞梦想的地方,是培养社会主义建设者和接班人的主阵地。立德树人是新时代中国特色社会主义高校的立身之本,是高校教育的根本任务。坚持立德树人是由我国独特的历史、文化和国情决定的;是全面提高人才培养能力,办好我国高校、办出世界一流大学的必然要求;是提高我国高等教育水平,增强国家核心竞争力的迫切需要。坚持立德树人、办好中国特色社会主义高校要做到以下几点:坚持社会主义的办学方向、建设高素质的教师队伍、坚持党对高校工作的全面领导。

Colleges and universities are a place where people can cultivate talents, where young people can increase their knowledge and dream, and where socialist builders and successors can be trained. Moral education is the foundation of socialist colleges with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the fundamental task of higher education. It is decided by the unique history, culture and national conditions of our country to insist on the cultivation of moral integrity; it is the inevitable requirement to improve theability of training talents, run our universities well, and set up world-class universities; it is necessary toimprove the level of higher education in our country. The urgent need to streng then the core competitive ness of the country.
