影响新疆和田地区维吾尔族妇女就业的自身因素研究 被引量:1

摘要 以和田地区维吾尔族妇女就业现状为研究对象,深层次分析了影响维吾尔族妇女就业自身的因素,其中宗教极端思想、传统习俗、教育程度与综合素质等对维吾尔族妇女就业的影响巨大。进而,提出加强维吾尔族妇女思想政治教育;引导维吾尔族妇女移风易俗;强化维吾尔族妇女国家通用语言的学习;强化维吾尔族妇女劳动纪律的教育等建议。 Taking the employment situation of Uygur women in Hotan area as the research object, this paper deeply analyzes the factors influencing Uygur women's employment, among which religious extremist ideas,traditional customs, educational level and comprehensive quality havea great impact on Uygur women's employment. Furthermore, it is proposed to strengthen the ideological and political education of Uygur women.To guide Uygur women to change their customs; Strengthening Uygur women's study of the national common language; Suggestions such as strengthening the education of Uygur women's labor discipline.
