摘要 近年来包括交通基础设施和通讯基础设施在内的网络基础设施得到快速发展,其不同的空间溢出效应值得关注。文章通过构建空间杜宾模型,对交通和通讯两种基础设施溢出效应的大小、溢出距离、区域异质性等方面进行详细比较后,得出以下结论:通讯基础设施的溢出效应大于交通基础设施的溢出效应,特别是互联网的溢出效应更为明显。两种基础设施具有互补关系,在两者的协同作用下,溢出效应和总效应均表现为正;网络基础设施遵循距离衰减规律,交通基础设施的溢出距离为190 km,而通讯基础设施的溢出距离为250 km;在考察网络基础设施的区域异质性时发现,在0~1权重和经济距离权重条件下,东部地区通讯基础设施的溢出效应大于中西部地区,而在0~1权重和地理距离权重条件下,西部地区交通基础设施的溢出效应高于东中部地区。 In recent years, the network infrastructure including transportation infrastructure and communication infrastructure has been developing rapidly, and its different spatial spillover effects are worthy of attention. This paper compares the size, the distance and the regional heterogeneity of the spillover effects of transportation infrastructure and communication infrastructure in detail by building a spatial Durbin model, and draws the following conclusions: The spillover effects of communication infrastructure are greater than that of transportation infrastructure, especially the spillover effects of the Internet are more obvious. The two infrastructures have a complementary relationship. Under the synergy of the two infrastructures, both the spillover effects and the total effects are positive; The network infrastructure follows the rule of distance decay. The spillover distance of transportation infrastructure is 190 km, whereas that of communication infrastructure is 250 km; When examining the regional heterogeneity of network infrastructure, it is found that: In the condition of 0 - 1 weight and economic distance weight, the spill- over effects of communication infrastructure in the eastern region are greater than that in the central and western regions. Whereas in the condition of 0 - 1 weight and geographical distance weight, the spillover effects of transportation infrastructure in the western region are higher than that in the eastern and central regions.
